Please complete the Okawa Prize Nomination Form with all required information and send it by E-mail.
* Please attach, where available, the candidate’s curriculum vitae, a list of awards and other achievements, and any other relevant reference materials.
(Note: It is not necessary to attach previously published papers or books.)
* Nominations must be made by a third party (self-nominations are not accepted).
* There are no restrictions on the qualifications of nominators.
* Results will be communicated to nominators around the fall of 2026.
